Rumors are intensifying around a historic mass exodus as high-profile stars prepare to jump ship from Major League Volleyball (MLV) to rival league League One Volleyball (LOVB).
This sweeping migration impacts rosters across both organizations. An official announcement has yet to drop, but these unconfirmed yet highly expected moves are poised to completely redraw the North American professional volleyball landscape.
The Omaha Supernovas roster has officially undergone a major overhaul following the definitive departure of its core. Star outside hitters Brooke Nuneviller and Sarah Parsons, elite setter Sydney Hilley, and defensive specialist Elena Oglivie have all officially moved on from the franchise, with reports strongly linking all four players to an upcoming transfer to LOVB.

The reigning champions, Dallas Pulse, are reportedly facing an equally devastating blow to their lineup. Rumors are swirling that dynamic outside hitter Mimi Colyer, the offensive engine behind Dallas's recent title, is ready to jump ship. To make matters worse, veteran Puerto Rican setter Natalia ValentĂn Anderson is also heavily linked to a departure, which would strip the champions of their main playmaker.
This wave of speculation extends across the entire league. Outside hitters Raina Terry (Columbus Fury) and Jennifer Mosser (Atlanta Vibe), along with setter Saige Ka'aha'aina-Torres (Grand Rapids Rise), are all rumored to be jumping to the rival league for the upcoming season.

I think there are some LOVB players who will do the opposit, switching to the MLV.
ReplyDeleteSure there are already players who will be playing in Major League Volleyball coming from LOVB.
DeleteThis report is rather misleading, supernovas already announced their roster a month ago and said goodbye to the said players so it's not speculation that novas are replacing their core team.
ReplyDeleteAlso as someone has mentioned, am not sure why the story leaves out the players from Lovb that have been announced by MLV teams
Hello, it wasn't my intention to be misleading. The Omaha Supernovas section has been updated. Sorry if it felt misleading.
