Creighton Bluejays: Undefeated fury in the Big East

The Creighton Bluejays are a force of nature this season, storming through the Big East Conference with a perfect 6-0 record in their opening slate of league play.

Coach Brian Rosen's squad has turned their home court into a cauldron of dominance, outscoring opponents with ruthless efficiency while showcasing suffocating defense and electric offense. This isn't just winning—it's a statement, positioning the Bluejays as the early frontrunners.

The 2025 roster features some great names like Annalea Maeder—who's earned Big East Setter of the Week honors three times so far.

Outside hitter Ava Martin performing well, showcased by her 20 kills against Marquette and Kiara Reinhardt who shines as the team's super middle blocker, dominating the net with powerful blocks and kills.

Creighton's 2025 complete roster is right here.

The Bluejays are showing no mercy in the Big East Conference, losing just one set against DePaul and taking 5 clean sweeps.

Before this Big East rampage, Creighton faced their in-state neighbors, the Nebraska Huskers, in a non-conference showdown that lived up to the "true 3-2 derby" hype—a razor-thin loss that still stings but adds fire to the rivalry. It was a classic thriller—an early sign that the Bluejays are going to dominate their conference.

Creighton isn't aiming to clinch the overall Big East Conference alone; they're targeting a strong performance in the national championship later against the best from NCAA Division 1 rivals.
