Similarly, KPSK Stal Mielec dominated the final tie-break to secure a 3-2 road victory against Volleyball Wrocław (23-25, 25-21, 25-17, 24-26, 15-8).
Finally, in the marquee matchup of the round, KS DevelopRes Rzeszów edged past rivals ŁKS Commercecon Łódź 3-2, surviving a fierce fightback to win a dramatic, extended fifth set 17-15 (25-22, 25-17, 19-25, 14-25, 17-15).
Rzeszów initially cruised to a 2-0 lead at the Atlas Arena behind sharp execution from Marrit Jasper and Monika Fedusio.
However, ŁKS Commercecon sparked a massive comeback to force the tie-break, fueled by the debut performances of Elles Dambrink and Magdalena Jurczyk.
