Oregon Volleyball has kicked off the 2026 NCAA Women's Volleyball season with a flawless 5-0 record securing five consecutive victories through the opening weeks of play.

The Perfect 5-0 Run
  • Match 1: Oregon 3, Western Kentucky 0 (Aug 28) – The Ducks opened their regular season at the SEMO Tournament with a clean sweep over the Hilltoppers.
  • Match 2: Oregon 3, Southeast Missouri 1 (Aug 29) – Oregon took down tournament host SEMO in four sets to complete an undefeated opening weekend.
  • Match 3: Oregon 3, Missouri 1 (Sept 1) – Traveling to Columbia for the Big Ten/SEC Challenge, the Ducks secured a hard-fought four-set road victory against Mizzou.
  • Match 4: Oregon 3, Long Island 0 (Sept 4) – Returning home to Matthew Knight Arena, Oregon swept LIU in their highly anticipated home opener.
  • Match 5: Oregon 3, Washington State 1 (Sept 6) – The Ducks closed out the weekend by rallying past the Cougars in a high-intensity four-set thriller.

Special Mention: Marina Crownover Named Big Ten Setter of the Week

A major engine behind this hot start is fifth-year standout Marina Crownover, who was officially named the Big Ten Setter of the Week. 
Crownover orchestrated the Ducks' offense by averaging an elite 10.91 assists per set and anchoring the floor with 4.09 digs per set across their recent three-match stretch. Her stellar week included racking up a season-high 48 assists against Missouri, before capping off the weekend with 45 assists and a stunning career-high 26 digs to hold off Washington State.
Crownover’s performance shouldn’t overshadow the fact that other players brilliantly excelled across the court to lock in this perfect 5-0 start. Her success was made possible by a relentless and highly balanced front line that delivered heavy damage over all five matches. Through this opening stretch of the season, Valentina Vaulet anchored the attack with 65 cumulative kills, followed by Alanah Clemente with 53 kills, Laura Eichert with 43 kills, Dalia Virlan with 39 kills, and Iva Sucurovic completing the dominant rotation with 29 kills.
