The Oregon Women's Volleyball team enters its third season in the powerhouse Big Ten Conference following its departure from the Pac-12.
The Ducks are built to make a massive leap, relying on roster continuity headlined by opposite hitter Alanah Clemente, the reigning 2025 Big Ten All-Freshman Team standout.
To challenge rivals in America's most brutal women's volleyball conference, head coach Trent Kersten has successfully retained the core of his 2025 roster while strategically integrating elite new talent for the upcoming year.
Here is a closer look at the Ducks' hybrid, fast-transition roster for the upcoming season
For the setters, Kamden Mitchell is the only confirmed returner on the 2025 roster. To run Oregon's signature fast system, the S position is reinforced by Missouri transfer Marina Crownover and incoming freshman Marlena Garcia.
The middle blockers offer a technical net defense anchored by returning international stars Iva Šucurović from Serbia and Dalia Vîrlan from Romania, alongside Holley McFadden and Alaina Pollard.
On the wings, Alanah Clemente leads the offense with returning threats Sjakkie Donkers, Valentina Vaulet, and Marlee Arrington, plus high-impact freshman recruit Laura Eichert.
Finally, the back row gets a massive boost with Brazilian transfer Maila Ribeiro from Arizona State, pairing up with reliable returning liberos Reese Sheppard, Natalie Fukumoto, and Lizzy Robinson.
While Oregon might not be taking down the ultimate Big Ten title just yet, their ambitions for 2026 remain incredibly high.
The goal for this tightly knit squad is clear: maximize conference wins in the toughest league in America and firmly secure a ticket to the NCAA National Tournament at the end of the season.
