The Slovenian national women's volleyball team delivered a flawless performance during Week 2 of the CEV Volleyball European League 2026. 

On June 12, 2026, Slovenia dominated Iceland in a swift 3–0 sweep with a final score of 25–9, 25–9, and 25–12. 

The main catalyst for the victory was Fatoumatta Sillah, who spearheaded the offense by hammering down 14 points against the Icelandic defense.

Two days later, on June 14, 2026, the Slovenian squad continued their perfect run by defeating Latvia in another straight-sets victory, closing the match 3–0 with scores of 25–16, 25–18, and 25–21. 
This time, Maša Pucelj took center stage, putting on an impressive performance to register 17 points and secure another crucial win for Slovenia.
After four clear victories in as many matches, Slovenia is undeniably among the top favorites for the final crown.
