At 25, Federica Squarcini has become one of the most exciting middle blockers in Italian volleyball.

Her career trajectory shifted significantly in 2024 when she joined Igor Gorgonzola Novara, following a highly successful period with Imoco Volley Conegliano between 2022 and 2024.

During her time with the "Panthers" in Conegliano, she amassed a long list of prestigious trophies, including multiple Italian league titles and a Champions League victory.

Moving to Novara has provided her with the opportunity to shine as a regular starter, a role in which she has thrived and firmly established her presence on the court.

Statistically, she has become a reliable offensive force for Novara, currently hitting at over 51% efficiency and tallying 99 points this season in Italian Serie A.

Her impact is felt in every facet of the game: she is a serving threat whose jump‑float serve has already produced 11 aces, and a dominant defensive presence at the net with 22 winning blocks.

This combination of tactical awareness and elite skill allows her to consistently outplay even taller opponents.

She is also shining at European level in the demanding CEV Champions League, with standout performances in the group stages and most recently against Scandicci in the Playoffs

Federica Squarcini’s impressive trophy collection highlights a stellar career in Italian and international volleyball.

Domestically, she has secured two Campionato Italiano (Italian League) titles and two Supercoppa Italiana trophies. Her success in the Italian Cup is equally notable, with two Coppa Italia A1 wins and one Coppa Italia A2 title.

On the international stage, her achievements are just as remarkable. She has reached the pinnacle of European club volleyball with one CEV Champions League title and two CEV Cup victories.

Beyond Europe, she has also triumphed globally and regionally, earning one FIVB Club World Championship crown and a Mediterranean Games gold medal.
