San Diego Mojo secured their first win of the 2026 Major League Volleyball season on Sunday night, giving head coach Alisha Childress her first victory as they outlasted the Atlanta Vibe in a five‑set battle (26‑24, 26‑28, 25‑19, 19‑25, 15‑13) at Viejas Arena.

Grace Loberg delivered a career performance with 26 points, 23 kills and 17 digs, while setter Marlie Monserez added 55 assists and 19 digs for her third straight double‑double. Shara Venegas collected 22 digs, Maya Tabron chipped in 10 kills and 15 digs, and Jovana Brakočević scored 21 points on 19 kills.

The victory lifted San Diego to 1‑3 and marked the Mojo’s first win over Atlanta in franchise history, a milestone moment for Childress and her squad early in the MLV season.
