The Indy Ignite stayed unbeaten with a four-set win over defending Major League Volleyball champion Orlando Valkyries, improving to 3-0. Set scores were 25-18, 23-25, 27-25 and 25-18, capping a three-match road trip before their home opener at Fishers Event Center.

Indy showcased its depth with a new starting lineup, yet six players reached double figures. Kayla Lund, in her first start, led with 14 kills, two aces and 13 digs. Emoni Bush added 13 kills, Camryn Hannah had nine, and Blake Mohler contributed seven kills and six blocks. Off the bench, Azhani Tealer scored 10 kills, while Cara Cresse chipped in five kills and four blocks.

The defense held Orlando’s MVP Brittany Abercrombie to seven kills on 34 swings. Setters Ainise Havili and Mia Tuaniga combined for 59 assists, spreading the offense efficiently.

The turning point came in the third set, when Indy erased a 24-23 deficit with three Lund kills and another from Cresse to win 27-25. Riding that momentum, they raced to a 12-3 lead in the fourth and closed out the match.

Indy set franchise records for kills (66) and points (86) in a four-set match, underscoring both their offensive balance and defensive resilience.
