It was Matchday 3 in the 2025/2026 Tunisia Women’s Volleyball League, with all the big clubs winning their games. 

In Tunis, Club Africain clinched their first victory of the season. The Red and Whites hosted Association Sportive Nouvelle Médina and took a clean sweep 3-0 (25-21, 25-13, 25-11).  It was a confident display that should boost morale and help them gain momentum after a difficult start.

Espérance Sportive de Tunis claimed a convincing 3-1 away victory against Club Sportif Féminin de Monastir (25-18, 22-25, 19-25, 14-25). It was their second straight win in the league after dropping the opening game, showing they are quickly finding form and building momentum.

Club Sportif Sfaxien did the same at home, beating Msaken Volleyball 3-0 in front of a massive crowd. The visitors resisted well in the first set, which ended 25-23, but struggled in the second (25-12) and the final one (25-13). CSS showed strong pace, reaffirming their status as one of the strongest squads in the National A League.

The final game of the weekend was clearly the most hard-fought, opposing Union Sportive de Carthage and Club Olympique de Kélibia. It was a five-set thriller, with the local team winning in the end 3-2 (20-25, 25-23, 17-25, 25-23, 15-13). Carthage’s resilience in the decisive moments proved crucial, allowing them to edge out their rivals in front of their home supporters.

After three matchdays, the top clubs have already emerged at the top of the league, looking almost secure to reach the playoffs. Meanwhile, the other sides continue battling to stay in contention and avoid the danger of playouts and relegation.
