Fluminense stayed red‑hot in the Brazilian Superliga Feminina, outlasting Renasce Sorocaba at home in Rio for a 3–2 victory, with the full scoreline: 25–20, 25–22, 21–25, 20–25, 15–6.

After cruising through the opening sets, the hosts were dragged into a fifth by Sorocaba’s surge, then slammed the door in the tie‑break with a dominant 15–6 finish to secure their third straight win and two valuable points.

The streak—built on recent wins over Dentil Praia Clube and SESI Bauru—has lifted Flu to fourth, trailing only Osasco, Minas, and Flamengo. Ariane Pinto’s punch, Amanda Campos’ reliability, and Marcelle Arruda’s standout defense continue to anchor the run.

Sorocaba fought hard behind Camilly Salomé and Isabela Paquiardi, but Fluminense’s depth and poise under pressure made the difference.
