After their Italian Supercup loss to Vero Volley Milano, Prosecco Doc A.Carraro Imoco Conegliano roared back, sweeping Wash4green Monviso Volley 3-0 (25-10, 25-21, 25-19) in a Serie A1 clash yesterday at Pala Bus Company. Gabriela Guimarães and Isabelle Haak led the charge, reinforcing Imoco’s lead atop the league.
Stung by a 2-3 Supercup defeat to Milano, Imoco unleashed their fury. Guimarães, named MVP, and Haak each tallied 16 points, dominating the first set 25-10.
