After falling just short with a third-place finish in the Superliga Feminina this season, head coach Bernardinho's squad has made a strong statement by successfully retaining 11 core players from their previous campaign. This continuity provides the historic franchise with an established tactical engine and deep-rooted team synergy as they look to turn their recent bronze medal into championship gold.

The cornerstone of Flamengo’s strategy for the upcoming year is keeping their world-class offensive weapons together. Key stars returning to the court include the explosive opposite hitter Tainara Santos and the dominant American outside hitter Simone Lee.
