Brooke Nuneviller just wrapped up her time with the Omaha Supernovas after three seasons, joining the team right after a stellar NCAA career at Oregon. She was the team's captain in the last two years. She led them to win the first-ever Pro Volleyball Federation championship back in 2024.
During her time there, she basically wrote the team's record books. She left as their all-time leader in kills, points, attacks, and digs. She also won the Outside Hitter of the Year award in 2025 and made the All-League First Team twice.
She became a huge favorite for Nebraska volleyball fans because of how hard she played on both offense and defense. In one single match, she even put up 24 kills and 22 digs. Her departure is a massive shift for the franchise since she was really the face of the team from day one.
She played a major role this season in the Omaha Supernovas' late-season surge. Her leadership on the court carried them all the way to the Major League Volleyball final. They ultimately fell just short of another title, losing a heartbreaking, decisive fifth set to the Dallas Pulse.
While there is no official announcement yet from the outside hitter, rumors are strongly mentioning a potential move to League One Volleyball (LOVB).
