The 2025 Women's Arab Clubs Championship has kicked off in Tunisia with a flurry of exciting matches, particularly from the host nation's top volleyball teams. This year’s edition features a total of seven participating clubs competing in a full round-robin format, ensuring each team faces every other contender in the race for regional supremacy.
Club Féminin de Carthage has emerged as a dominant force in the early stages of the tournament, securing two consecutive victories with commanding 3-0 sweeps. Their first triumph came against Syria’s Al Rawad Sports Club, followed by another straight-set win over Salwa Al-Sabah SC from Kuwait. These results not only highlight Carthage’s tactical discipline and depth but also position them as early favorites in the championship.
Meanwhile, Club Africain experienced a mixed start to their campaign. They stumbled in their opening match, falling 1-3 to Algeria’s NC Béjaïa, a team known for its aggressive play and solid defense.
However, Africain quickly regrouped and responded with a convincing 3-0 win over Al Fatat SC, restoring confidence and keeping their hopes alive for a strong tournament run.
