Club Africain and Esperance Tunis shine on Day 3 of the 2025 Women's Arab Clubs Championships

The Tunisian teams shined on Day 3 of the 2025 Women's Arab Clubs Championships held at El Menzeh, north to the capital Tunis. 

Club Africain kicked things off with a dominant straight-set victory over Syria’s Al Rawad Sports Club. Standout performances came from outside hitters #2 Rahma Khedri and #15 Tasnim Souiden throughout the match.

Meanwhile, Esperance Sportive de Tunis made quick work of Kuwait’s Fatayat Al Ouyoun, sealing a 3-0 win. Newcomer Aidachi Agüero Aguilera stole the spotlight with a series of powerful spikes that kept the opponents on the back foot.

The third match of the day featured Algeria’s NC Béjaïa against Salwa Al-Sabah SC from Kuwait, ending in another 3-0 sweep for the North Africans.

Action resumes Friday with three fixtures:

• Club Africain vs Salwa Al-Sabah SC (14:00)

• Fatayat Al Ouyoun vs Al Rawad Sports Club (16:00)

• And the headline clash: Club Féminin de Carthage, currently Tunisia’s strongest team, will face Esperance Sportive de Tunis in a battle for championship supremacy (18:00)
